About RS Hansen
RS Hansen lives in the ocean-less beaches of Arizona. She grew up in Hawaii and misses the waves every day. As a former teacher, she has a deep love for science and learning (as long as it’s fun!). In her free time, she can be found coaching Odyssey of the Mind teams or seeking out the planets and constellations in the night sky.
What She Writes
As a middle schooler, RS Hansen dreamed of becoming a microbiologist. While her life took her in a different direction, her love for science never ended. Now, she pours her scientific interests in her stories. Exploring concepts through the experiences of, what she considers, the most magical age ever (the middle grades). She is currently seeking representation for her latest novel, A Nerf Herder’s Guide to Physics.
